Helical Gear Description

Helical gears are cylindrical gears designed with the tooth profile at an angle to the axis. Thanks to this inclined tooth structure, the gears operate quieter, more efficiently and in accordance with higher torque transmission. Since helical gears have a larger contact surface than spur gears, load distribution is more balanced and wear is less.
